Donate a Brick

Motivated by the spectacular growth of Abu Dhabi and very much concerned about our growing waiting list, lack of space, and outdated facilities, we want the Special Care Centre to provide the best possible services and education to a lot more students.
The Donate A Brick Campaign calls for the community to speak up in order to raise funds to build the new campus. The concept behind this is to build a school BY the community and FOR the community. This endeavor will bring together individuals, schools, the corporate sector and the government. They will all be united around the

same goal: support the development of children with special needs in the nation, and drive their rehabilitation through a better education. In return, the Special Care Centre will give back threefold as it will welcome families, professionals, and community members.

We currently have almost a hundred students on our waiting list, and that number is increasing daily. To continuously provide our students with the best possible services we aim to build a state of the art school.
For that purpose, Good-Heart (the Fund Raising arm of SCC) has initiated the Donate a brick campaign to raise AED 25 million. We’re selling bricks for 5 dirhams each, aiming at collecting a total of 5 million bricks.

SCC is honored to announce that H.H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahayan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of UAE Armed Forces has pledged to match Dirham for Dirham the funds we will have raised by the end of the campaign.
